What types of rooms are available in the hotel and what are the differences between the room types?
The hotel offers 5 categories of rooms: superior deluxe deluxe corners executive rooms and suites. Superior rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Deluxe rooms are on the 20th and the 21st floors are newly renovated and offer upgraded amenities such as the choice of breakfast venue and tea and coffee making facilities. The deluxe corner rooms offer a work desk and a separate sleeping and living area. Executive rooms are on the 22nd and 23rd floors and have a private reception area on the 23rd floor complimentary breakfast and early evening drinks and snacks at the lounge.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person? The rates charged are per room although the cost may differ slightly for single double and triple occupancy.

How much money do I have to pay for the supplement to upgrade the room? The supplements for upgrading the room are as follows:
Superior to deluxe room US$24++
Superior to deluxe corner room US$65++
Superior to Executive Floor US$75++
Superior to Executive Suite US$176++
Superior to Deluxe Suite US$266++
Rate are subject to 10%service charge and applicable government taxes.

Does my room reservation require a guarantee?
All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?
To cancel your booking without incurring any charge please contact the Reservations Department by emailing reservations@atrium.amari.com at least one day prior to your arrival. You will then be given a cancellation number.

How many people can stay in one room?
Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three people. Please note that the third bed will be a rollaway bed.

Do you offer discounts for a group booking ?

Do you have a pets policy?
We regret that animals are not allowed to stay in guest rooms.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times at the hotel?
The standard check-in time is 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00 noon. If you are arriving earlier than the check-in time we will make every effort to ensure that a room is available for you.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?
It is sometimes possible to check-in earlier however this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. To be sure of having the room ready upon arrival you can reserve the room from the night before.

Do you provide a service for late check-out?
It is possible to have a late check out and the charges are as follows:
12:00 – 15:00 US$ 15.-
15:00 – 18:00 US$ 25.-
18:00 – 21:00 US$ 38.-
after 21:00 overnight room charge

Why is the guest room key card needed for the elevators?
In the interest of guest security a valid room key card is required to access any guest floor.

Yes maximum of 6 hours between 09:00 am and 18:00 pm.

Do you have twin triple and quadruple rooms?
We do have twin and triple rooms. However no quadruple rooms are available. We do offer connecting rooms that allow direct access between two rooms.

The cost of putting an extra bed in the room is US$30 including American breakfast for the additional person.

There is a safety deposit box in every guest room and it is free-of-charge.

We provide e-mail service on the Executive floors and in the business center using a wireless Internet system. Alternatively you may use the telephone line in the guest room. We also have personal computers available for use in the business centre and internet cafe. Broadband internet access is available in all guest rooms.

We offer the “Little Chef’s Brunch Club” every Sunday at the Cascade Restaurant. There is also an extensive children menu with delicious dishes such as “Uncle Pluto’s favourite hot dog" "Flipper’s brunch" "Cinderella’s magic stars"and "Charlie Brown’s banana split".

The Amari Atrium Hotel is proud to be one of the few hotels in Bangkok to have a resident Indian Chef to cater to the culinary demands of our Indian guests. Whether it is for large group banquets and gala dinners or a nice set dinner for a family our Indian chef will be delighted to cater to your requirements. Chef is proficient in non-vegetarian vegetarian and Jain food items. An Indian section is featured daily at our buffet lunch and buffet dinner at the Cascade Restaurant. How long does it take to get a taxi/limousine from the airport to the hotel and approximately how much does it cost?
It takes approximately 25-40 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel by highway depending on the time of day. The cost ranges from 350 baht for a public taxi to 1391 Baht for a hotel limousine.

If I take a hotel limousine from the airport will I be met by a member of Amari Hotels and Resorts' staff?
We have staff on duty at the hotel to meet all our arriving guests and to escort you to the limousine. The representative wears a pink jacket and carries an Amari sign.

Special packages are available for guests celebrating a special occasion.

Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?
The hotel tour desk is located in the lobby and excursions are available to Ayutthaya Kanchanaburi River Kwai Pattaya Safari World Crocodile Farm etc.

Yes we have rooms specially designed for disabled travelers. The rooms are available on request at no additional charge and subject to availability. In addition we can provide a wheelchair upon request.

Yes you can reconfirm your flight at 100 Baht per each ticket at the Guest Relations desk and you can make additional travel arrangements at the tour counter.

The tap water in Thailand is not potable. Two bottles of complimentary drinking water are provided in all guest rooms.

What is the weather like at different times of the year?
As a general guideline the weather in Thailand is warm all year round. However the weather is generally most pleasant from November to February when there are clear skies and sunshine. The “hot season” is in April and May when temperatures reach their highest. The “rainy season” is between June and September. It does not rain every day and usually the rain only lasts for an hour or so in the evening.

What should I wear in Thailand ?
The dress code in Thailand is quite modest and so conservative dress is recommended. Shorts and sleeveless vests cannot be worn to visit a temple.

Yes the hotel has priority check-out service. You leave the credit card details and sign an agreement to allow us to charge your credit card to pay the balance of your bill.

What newspapers does the hotel receive and can these be delivered to my room?
We have the Bangkok Post The Nation International Herald Tribune Asian Wall Street Journal and the Japanese Yomiuri Newspaper. For guests staying in superior rooms we deliver one of the mentioned papers to your room upon request without any charges above. For guests staying in our deluxe and executive rooms we offer a daily free delivery of one newspaper.
