Bookings
- All room rates and services are subject to 10% Service Charge and 7% government tax in compliance with local regulations.
Check-in & Check-Out
- Identification documents may include a passport, national ID card, or driver's license.
- During check-out, guests must provide their room number for verification.
- A damage deposit of THB 1,000 per night is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash or credit card payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Children
- The prices for baby cot and extra beds for children are not included in the total price and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- Children aged 0-2 years old, complimentary baby cot (on request).
- Children aged 3-11 years old requesting extra bed, child extra bed rate applied (THB 1,000).
- Children aged above 12 years old requesting extra bed, adults extra bed rate applied (THB 1,500).
- All baby cot and extra beds are subject to availability.
- Children below the age of 6 years can stay by share existing bed with parent and eat for free at our hotel.
